How do I pronounce CuleM?

 

As names are pronounced in different ways around the world. 

 

CuleM is pronounced Q-Lem with an english pronunciation of the letter Q.

Can I make an appointment to see the watches?

 

We would love to meet you and show you our watches in person.  

 

Please contact us at info@culemwatches.com to arrange an appointment.  We are based in Alicante, Spain.

 

If you are not close by, download our Try On CuleM app from the iPhone app store.  It’s easy to use and will give you an impression of how a CuleM watch looks on your wrist.


 

RETAILERS

 

Do you work with any retailers?

 

We will be working with a major retailer in the UK very soon and will keep you informed in our newsletter.

PAYMENT

 

What payments do you accept?

 

We accept payment via all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard & Amex) via our website and Paypal.

Payments can also be made by bank transfer (see the following FAQ below).

In person, payments can be made in cash.


 

Will I be charged in euros or in my local currency?

 

All of our prices are in euros.  You will be invoiced in euros and if you do not bank in euros, the amount charged to your card will be converted to your currency.

 

Please refer to xe.com to see the current exchange rate.  This should be used as a reference point only as your card issuer may take a commission and/or currency exchange fees .

 

If you would prefer to make a bank transfer in Australian Dollars (AUD), British Pounds (GBP), Euros (EUR), or US Dollar (USD), please contact us. 


 

SHIPPING 

 

How much is shipping?  How long will shipping take?

 

Free worldwide shipping is included for all orders and deliveries take between 2 to 5 days working days from the shipping date

RETURNS

 

If I want to return a watch, how can I do this?

 

You can return your CuleM watch within 14 days of the shipment date provided that it has not been used and is in the same condition that you received it. The watch must also be in its original packaging.

GUARANTEE

 

What does the 24 months guarantee cover?

 

We have a 24 month watch guarantee which covers the repair or replacement of a manufacturing defect. 

 

This guarantee does not cover:

 

  • Normal wear and tear and ageing of the watch;

  • Damage resulting from accidents or negligent use (such as knocks, dents, or scratches)

  • Damage caused by unauthorised modification or repair.


 

SERVICE 

 

24 month guarantee.  What happens after that?

 

After 24 months, you can have your watch serviced at one of our authorised service centres.

REPAIRS

 

My watch needs to be repaired.  What should I do?

 

If your have an issue with your watch and it needs to be repaired, please contact us at info@culemwatches.com

 

We will advise how to send it back and aim to get your watch back to you as fast as possible.
